Construction Leader and Army Veteran Norbert Vergez

Norbert Vergez began his military career in 1987, spending more than 25 years in the US Army. He rose to the rank of lieutenant colonel and served as a brigade commander. He completed several combat tours, which included time in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Balkans. Norbert Vergez was also a commander at the School of the Americas Aircraft Maintenance Troop.

Between 2008 and 2012, Mr. Vergez was a project manager for the Army, overseeing the production and launch of several new aircraft. Currently, he serves as the director of capital projects at P3 Builds in Plano, Texas, which provides general contracting and design-build services.

Norbert Vergez graduated with honors from a military studies program at Norwich University in Vermont, where he was cadet captain of the drill team. He continued his education at the US Army Flight School and the Army’s Maintenance Officer and Test Pilot School.

He graduated magna cum laude from the Florida Institute of Technology with a master of science in information systems. Subsequently, he completed several additional military training and academic programs, which included earning a master of science in strategic studies at the US Army War College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
